Day 2 -

I'd been workout with a PT since March, so its been three months and I lost 2 kilos. It doesn't seem like much but my body shape is more tone and fit. I had a New Years resolution to lose 10 kilos, so I have 8 kilos to go.

My gratefuls for today:
  • I had a good workout today even though I felt sluggish
  • Had a nice bowl of tofu and ginger soup, one of my favorite snacks
  • I am reading a very interesting book about China and Tienanmen Square event written by a Chinese exile, alas it a fiction.
  • C is happy because we got alot of the company set-up done or in progress. So tomorrow I have many tasks to do besides regular work.
  • Dinner was great, a nice way to relax over good food and laughter. This is the first time in a long time that I enjoy working with the management team. Before it wasn't so much management team, just the colleague in the lower echelon.
Tomorrow is another day. Let's make it a great day.
